I keep some of that hand sanitizer no rinse soap by my desk if I have to shake hands a bunch of times during the day. Not sure how extreme that is. No colds though.

• 2 cups mixed veggies (Various Beans, Green Beans, carrots, broccoli)
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top
5:00 P.M – Meal # 3 :
