To the EXTREME in some cases ... I am not even going to get into it :rolleyes:
 
I keep some of that hand sanitizer no rinse soap by my desk if I have to shake hands a bunch of times during the day. Not sure how extreme that is. :) No colds though. :)

Ester C 500 mg – 2 tabs AM, 2 tabs PM
Glucorell-R – 2 caps 15 – 30 min before each meal
Lysine 500 mg – 1-2 tabs once today with a meal
Sesapure – 2 caps 1-3 X a day
Cran Max – 1000 mg Cran supp 1 cap 3-5 X a day
OxyCalm - 2 sprays each side 3-4 X a day (as needed)
PSEVEN - PM 2 spray inner arm

• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)
• 2 cups mixed veggies (Various Beans, Green Beans, carrots, broccoli)
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top

5:00 P.M –
Meal # 3 :
• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)

Buns... You are still my idol as I will be doing my work-out here shortly and believe me... the body doesn't want to do it... but I think about you and that's what will get me through. Stay strong :heart:
