for those that wonder what I've been up to in the gym... Quick summary ... My first bulking/cutting cycle to see how this works for me... bulk over (thank gawd) ... Lifted heavy, low reps (6-8), now it's time to cut... eating very clean a week now and already seeing some defintion. I can't wait to see what's underneath. I built some major mucle for me, hopefully give me more of a V

I am very impressed and proud of myself...my lats look amazing when i do back and chest... I'm excited to see my transformation again ...

(no I don't smoke that was in the suite we had for my bday...)
