Added generic corresponding weights & BF measurements to my progress ...
:)

No one ever guesses I weigh over a buck eighty five :)

;)

*EDIT* and I'm 5'9 for those that don't know :)
Wow you grew also??? it said 5'8 3/4 from your first log, ha ha I just read it that's why...
I was going to ask are you developing your own routines and weight or are you getting assistance?? You have packed on quite a bit of muscle over the past year and I was just wondering if this was from your research or the added help of a trainer. I mean I could only dream of weighing 160 or so pounds at 9% body fat. I'm only about two inches shorter then you. (5'7 1/4)

I'm a freak of nature... :)

On my right leg 5 '8 3/4 left leg 5'9 - was hit by a car when I was younger...
:) more like 1/8 of a difference but i can feel it when I sprint...

Very brief and going to leave out some details... from what I've learned on EF, research and experimenting with my body, I was able to achieve what I have in such short time frame. I'm not going to mention any specific names (you know who you are) but I really absorbed what I've learned from all those I've talked to here, not to mention years of experience what not to do, what to do, but I just never applied it (i.e 5-6 small meals a day etc, heavier weights few reps.) I knew the basics but never had the will to implement it until my life changed and I found EF ... I was one of those who was afraid to try something different ... we can see where "something different" has got me. :)

From Jan 05 to April 05 (few weeks before my shoot when I changed things up to cut) I was following Skittles/Shadow Project, as best as I could. After that, I was maintaining and trying to figure out what to do next as certain opps presented themselves, staying lean. Applying what I've learned to tweak my diet to more of a "living lean year round kinda thing". I was bored, craving knowledge, learning and getting alot of attention at the gym, so I entertained the idea of maybe doing a show and trying to get something to help revamp my training ... From mid to late June, I had a brief ~2.5 month stint with a Training Partner who helped add another view on training (Negatives, plyos, burn outs) and was a little more old school. That part of my experience was more sets, more exercises, and now I had a spot to help maximize my lifts, more to Wide Grip Pull Ups, Flat bench BB, etc., really too many things to name. Basically I took myself to the next level. After that, I helped My BF tweak somethings hence the pics in my sig and previous posts. Sept - Dec was my time off, body need rest, a huge refeed, moving, work stress (HUGE), and definitely to re-establish some rocky relationships and redefine my goals. Some things didn't happen and I was crushed but I ate and drank and lived and trainined when I could, and didn't have a set meal plan for a bulking cycle. It just all worked itself out. :) Also flipped my training to AM with cardio after weights, (heavy weights, lower reps 6-8, if I hit 10 I increased weight)

Everything I have done since the project, I've had a part in and always created my own diet based on the basic principles. With a TP you have to compensate for each other to make sure indiviudal goals are not being compromised, so it was a give and take learning experience. He actually leaned out quite a bit when we were training, not to mention earned a few new clients b/c of me. :) (His day job was/is a PT)

I create my diet and training. I help others that ask and need it. I try different things and will continue to do so as long as my goals do not drastically change ... I'd rather not say what my current goals are b/c last time I got my hopes up that backfired in my face and I took it really hard.

I'm actually creating diet for someone right now :)

Amazing, Impossible, incorrect, wrong, etc. :) I've heard it all. I just document and record what I see and do, all i can do. SO Thank You! But Impressed, yes, you and me both.

I am assuming minor Discrepancies, as with anything. ALL #'s aside, you can SEE the difference either way. I remember that day I had the 7-11 pt pinch hitting 9.8, there were 3 pt pinches that were around 10 % somethin'.

In case you or anyone ever wondered ... I'm 'au naturale' ... bottom half of post :) http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showpost.php?p=4972377&postcount=2305

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Wow, Bunny. I mean...you are absolutely right. You can literally SEE the difference, and it is fantastic and amazing to consider. You had a time in your life when everything was just absolutely perfect, in terms of favorable muscular adaptation. I'd love to see your training logs and diet plan for that time period. I'll bet you've studied it, endlessly.

I am beyond impressed, and I will be forthright and share that the possibility crossed my mind regarding use. I trust what you have written 100%, and I'm glad you shared. You should be very, very proud...you are quite an accomplishment and a testimony to intelligence and hard work.

Thanks again.
