what are you talking about? Your legs are complety defined.. What else do you want? they are already perfect... grr... At least I am not the only one that can't see themselves properly...

I make it a point to get that thru my head daily sweetie...

... Every day I love my legs more and more and at this very moment, I can honestly say I could not be happier with the way my body looks. I am in the best shape of my life and I LOVE IT...

P.S. I was referring to your excitement when you stated in your log ...you could "ACTUALLY SEE definition in my quads.. Holy cow I am so excited at this point"

8:15 A.M. - 2 D-Root, 2 Neurogenex, 1 T-Rex, Women's Ultra Mega GNC

8:30 A.M.

Meal # 1:
- ¾ cup Egg Beaters
- ½ cup Quaker oats oatmeal (slow cooked oatmeal, not instant)
- ½ cup FF milk
- 2 Packets Splenda
- Cinn
- 16.9 oz water
- ¼ Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Pepper for eggs

9:15 A.M. – Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi

10:40 A.M. - 1 serving Trident White

11:00 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R

11:30 A.M. – 2 TYR-2, 3 Cardio Breeze, 2 Dietex, 16.9 oz water
Meal # 2:
- 4 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken cooked in Mrs Dash (Tomato Basil Garlic, Garlic & Herb)
- ¼ cup brown rice
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 tbsp FF Italian Henri’s Dressing (watered down bottle)
- Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi
- Pepper

1:00 P.M. – 4 Levorex, 2 ALCAR, 1 serving Trident White

2:00 P.M. - 2 Glucorell, 2 Neurogenex, 16.9 oz water

2:30 P.M. – 2 D-Root, 2 TYR-2, 3 Cardio Breeze, 2 Dietex

Meal # 3:
- 4 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken cooked in Mrs Dash (Tomato Basil Garlic, Garlic & Herb)

Started at 15 Resistance, Every 5 Minutes I bumped up Resistance by 5
20, 25, 30, 35, 40...up until 70 R, all for 5 min. intervals
3 Miles, approx 760 cals @ 120 lbs entered, whatever that means -

those cals bured are closer to 900 if you use the current bodyweight...

so..you basically had 400-600 cals all day
