Incline curls - 60 degree bench - 3 sets of 12-15

9:20 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 2 D-Root, 3 PureCEE, 2 Neurogenex

9:30 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine
***Hot tub, steam room, wobble home ***

10:50 A.M. – 72 oz water

Sometimes I can sleep for a day, regardless usually up like clockwork ever 2 hours... I'm very stressed these days... :whatever:

I think she should be getting more sleep than she does because as we know THATS WHEN YOU GROW. :)

Oh I do that too.
I think I use more TP at night than waking hours at home.

I still can't swallow the thought over being up out of bed prior to 6am.

Or mabye I just love my bed and being there than normal people.

I love my bed... I wish for one day, I could do nothing but lay there, and eat....alot.... :) Off to see BF game... I'm so late :(
