I tried to do cardio to failure & test my Limits…* DO NOT Try THIS *
HIIT Cardio – Incline stayed at zero throughout
1 Min. ON - 5 cycles @ 10.0 mph, 4 cycles @ 9.5 mph, 6 cycles @ 9.0 mph, 1 cycle @ 8.5 mph
1 Min. RECOVERY - Out of 16 cycles total: 10 cycles @ 3.5 mph, 6 cycles @ 4.0 mph

***When I first stared I was dragging ass… My legs are still tender from Monday (WOOHOO!!!) I don’t know if it was the Cardio Breeze Kicking in, the change of my CD to old School Progressive or my awesome head trip kicking in, but at around Cycle 8 I had so much energy, I literally had to force myself to get off the treadmill and make it to work…****
