- 5 cycles: 30 sec, Max effort, max incline (10), 70-80 Resistance, Recovery no more than 60 seconds, 40-45 Resistance

- 5 cycles, 45 sec, Max effort, max incline(10), 70-80 Resistance, Recovery no more than 60 seconds, 40-45 Resistance

- To finish I did about at least one minute MAX effort, max incline (10), 70-80 Resistance, Recovery no more than 60 seconds, 40-45 Resistance

- 8-10 min cooldown...

**If I guessed, Total time was approx 10 min warm up, 30 min HIIT, 10 min cool down

***Cardio Breeze is working beautifully or else I am just pumped as hell***

6:50 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, NYC

7:00 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake – 2 scoops ISO SGB, 1 tsp Glutamine, 1 tbsp blueberries, 1 tbsp raspberries, 1 Strawberry

8:15 A.M. – Diet Pepsi, 32 oz water

Yup today is day 1, yesterday I lowered the carbs to get used to it...Yup I'm ready, I just needed some time to get my mind right. Now I'm good to go. I just got to remember I'm training to win, damn it lol :)
