My 'cheats' have always been healthy (or a glass or two of red wine) except on the cruise (which was my 'break')....the cheats are in my log, generally sat. nights if you ever wanna look

So nice to hear that you don't stress about ##s .... too many people get wrapped up in them. It is stupid. I am QUEEN of overreading ##s (even though I know better), which is why I stopped tracking ALL ##s for myself.

You look incredible! :)
