5"7 currently 176 at 12% bf/// DIET 240 GRAMS PROTIEN 320 GRAMS OF CARBS PLUS FATS +- 100 GRAMS
morning oats and 6 egg whites
mid MRP 320 calories
Lunch 3 chicken breats and 100grams of pasta
mid MRP
Training
supper steack 150 grams plus potatoe and veggies
Evening MRP
Flax 3 times a day
I worked this out and get to 3100 calories is this enough....any other suggestions.

By the way some of uses helped me with my wifes diet thank you its working really well
