everyone please post your favorite bulking foods. my cycle is two weeks away and i need some good high calorie ideas they have to be fairly simple though because i will need alot of my cals at work.
The transitition between buking and cutting is similar all you are doing is adding more of it to your bulking up diet.There are exceptions tho,you can throw in peanut butter and a weight gain powder but on the whole eat more carbs its so simple.
Tuna-(high protein with good and useful fats-my personal favorite)
Eggs
Potatos
Chicken
MILK
However, when bulkin i eat alot of "unclean foods"(especially as i dont compete)which i find helps.
Just eat like a nutta, train well and watch yourself grow.
Some of my favorites:
Steak, hamburger, chicken tenders, turkey burger, turkey breast, tuna, orange ruffy or any type fish, potatoes, pasta, spaghetti, chesse, peanut butter n jelly, protein shakes, milk, water, ribs, shrimp, salad, veggies.
