Bulking Diet for a nubie running product

Mine looks like this. If you have the time I would replace my supps. with solid food....

6:30 am –
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

9 pm –
Two scoops whey protein, 1/2 cup oats, and one fruit

12 pm –
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

3 pm –
Two scoops whey protein, one ounce nuts, and one fruit

6 pm –
Two scoops whey protein with Gatorade and one ounce nuts

8 pm –
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

11 pm to 12 pm –
Bar and one fruit
 
This is exactly why I hate that gear is so easy to get a hold of.....diet is horrid....and ff, you got too much damn whey, drop the bar and fruit....no fats postworkout and why gatorade and nuts as a meal anyways? Cmon boys...

Well I would say take 2 hrs at least in between meals, ditch the meal that is just fruit and yougurt and change your prea dna post workout meals - try this:

Meal 1 - 9am - 8 egg whites, 2 peice whole wheat toat w/ ANPB on it

Meal 2 - 11:30am - Whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana

Meal 3 - 1:30pm - 8oz lean meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 4 - 3:30 - same as meal 3

Meal 5 - 5pm - Pre Workout - Whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana

Meal 6 - 7pm - Post WO - Whey, Dextrose

Meal 7 - 8:30 same as meals 3 & 4

Meal 8 - 30 min before bed - Whey w/ water

Drink 1.5 - 2 gallons of water a day and you are set.

I use Whey because I am at work half the time as a Firefighter. The mid-afternoon shakes are pre and post workout shakes. As for the bar......I will sometimes change it to oats...etc. but it's easy when at work. You don't like the fats??? Tell me more.....gear easy to get??? I hope you are a freak! I don't see any pics and I do not take or listen to people unless they are huge. Please don't take this the wrong way....

what happened to the you can never have enough shakes????
 
I take flax seed oil and some other omega. I used to weigh 265 FAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT. Then I started to work out do a lot of cardio with some T3 and lost a bunch. Gear was very easy. Freak in the gymn and bedroom with the wife but not where I want to be mass wise.

As for Al420 You are the man in 10 weeks I will send you pics and I will use this diet.
Ever stack these two together? If so what were the results ?
 
So as I posted previously I was 220 now I am 230 and have no balls LOL! I went out and bought all the food for the diest posted below I have not had this much energy in a while so once again thank you Al420. I will post pictures in 3 months.
 
I will. In this plan you say 1/2 cup rice (cooked or uncooked )
I have been eating 1/2 cooked? Also how much peanut butter a serving ( 2 Tbs ) or just enough to spread? Thanks for the info.
