Bulking diet...dirty

At the moment I'm cutting on about 1750 cals (high protein/ med fat/ low carbs), with a high carbs day+ maintenance cals every 4 days.

I estimate im just under 10%bf - when I reach 8% I will have hit my goal. I kinda just wanna see if I can cut effectively, and maybe get a new avatar :qt:

Anyway, after this im thinkin...DIRTY BULK

Double cheeseburgers PWO, pizza for breakfast, ice cream shakes... that kinda thing. Maybe 6000 calories.

What do you guys think? Is a dirty bulk much less effective thank a clean bulk? Or is a clean bulk gonna net me a lot less fat in the process??

Have you every done a dirty bulk before. How does your body respond? I think mine likes to put a ring of fat around my stomach.

I'm thinking about a carb cycling diet that has 2 high days of 1.5xbodyweight, 3 moderate days of 1xbodyweight, and 2 low days of .5xbodyweight. The high days are scheduled on the hardest training days, the 2 low are on cardio only days, and the rest moderate.

The calories are well over maintenance on the high days, just above on moderate, and a little below on low days.

I'm still fooling around with the numbers but it will be some variation of the above. There is no way i'm going back over 12%. I hate dieting so no dirty bulking for me.

No, I have never done a dirty bulk. To be honest, Im sick of eatin clean and fancy a binge!

Thats kinda why Im cutting now, so I know that if I do a dirty bulk ill be able to diet down again!

dirty bulk is a good way to get enough calories to put some more size on you. just lift heavy, and eat 6 times a day and you should be fine. during a bulk, your supposed to get as big as possible, no stay as lean as possible. eating clean foods during a bulk will help you put on some mass but you're really hold ing yourself out on alot more mass. think about it like this. 2 white bagels for breakfast =98 grams of carbs (49 each thomas's plain), or 4 servings of oats=108 (27 grams of carbs each serving). which one would be easier? dont forget, this is only carbs, dont forget about protein. i dont know about you but after 4 servings of oats, i dont think ill be able to eat anymore for a coiuple hours. with the white bagels, throw some full fat cheese and a few eggs and make a delicious mass building meal, and you have 100 grams of carbs, enough protein depending on how many eggs, some slow digesting protein from the cheese and also some fats from the cheese and egg yolks. post workout, have some pizza or a couple cheeseburgers but i wouldnt eat fast food more then once a day. keep it for postworkout.

Ur makin me hungry! I see ur logic, although personally I wont touch fats PWO and they hinder absorbance.

Otherwise, yeah. Im a lean fanatic but guess Im gonna have to go upto 12/13% BF for a while.

me either. you could just bring a shake with 80-100 grams of dextrose and some whey, finish that when you leave the gym or during your drive home. eat a big meal after. my meal after my post workout is chicken white rice and the chicken is marinated in olive oil and when i thouoght about it, my body wouldnt get those nutrients for a coiuple hours at least since fat slows digestion, so i started bringing the shake with me pwo then 1 hour later i have a big meal pwo meal, it gives me enough time to get home and settle down for a few minutes then cook the meal instead of rushing home to cook, lol.

good luck. btw, your gonna bulk up now? before the summer starts? or is this your plan for after summer?
