At the moment I'm cutting on about 1750 cals (high protein/ med fat/ low carbs), with a high carbs day+ maintenance cals every 4 days.
I estimate im just under 10%bf - when I reach 8% I will have hit my goal. I kinda just wanna see if I can cut effectively, and maybe get a new avatar
Anyway, after this im thinkin...DIRTY BULK
Double cheeseburgers PWO, pizza for breakfast, ice cream shakes... that kinda thing. Maybe 6000 calories.
What do you guys think? Is a dirty bulk much less effective thank a clean bulk? Or is a clean bulk gonna net me a lot less fat in the process??
