I broke my record today on bench press.
I am 160lbs and 5'10".
I did the following chest today:
Incline Bench:
115lbs 5 reps
135lbs 5 reps
2 X 185lbs 5 reps
Flat Bench:
135lbs 5 reps
185lbs 5 reps
205lbs 5 reps
225lbs 5 reps (2 with help)
Cables
This might not look that badass, but to me it's a first. I've been taking the creatine for 4 days now. I don't know if it's creatine kicking in or psychological thing, but it certainly worked for me. I was all pumped throughout my workout. Great feeling to be all pumped.
