breast injury advice

Hi guys, I'm a soccer player and a girl from other team elbowed me while playing and I ended up with an breast injury , it was 3 days ago and the pain is annoying, I haven't been at the gym before getting and advice, and I would like to know if lifting could make it worst and what tips do you suggest to treat it , thanks
 
Start mega dosing fish oil, and if you can afford it - krill oil and seal oil.

Fish/krill/seal oil are the best natural anti inflammatory supplements you can take.
 
I would give it time to heal up first and then hit the gym. Nothing wrong with training other body parts in the meantime though.
