I finished the body for life program (12 weeks), a week ago, and I lost about 25lbs. However I really don't won't to lose anymore weight. I am looking to bulk up, I have stopped doing the cardio part and increased my carbs. I also take the Myoplex Mass shakes and add BetaGen to them. Is there anything else that might help me to gain more mass? I just really never increased muscle mass while on the BFL program. Is there another diet I should use to bulk up? Thanks!

more protein less carbs. eat like a horse. work hard. rest. repeat

actually the opposite. BFL tends to be high in protein as it is, the extra carbs will put energy intake to a surplus, which the extra carbs will act to spare protein for repair and recovery/growth.

more protein doesnt mean more muscle.

If you haven't already, its time to change your workout too. The BFL program is a great way to get started, but you need a program that will work each muscle group harder to get bigger.

Everyone has their own goals, preferences and time restrictions, but dig around on the training board and you can find some good info. I stagnated on BFL and have switched off of their weight training program completely to a 3-day split with great results. Lots of people here do 4 or 5 day splits with lots of variation in between. Search around, ask questions and experiment to see what works for you.

Do they perform drug tests on the winners before they name them so????

I doubt it. I saw a before/after sequence of a skinny little kid going to ripped. No WAY that was natural.
