Body fat estimate...??

Hey guys can anybody guess my bodyfat i ve been on keto diet for around 1.5 months, im cutting to get my body fat lower around 14-15 % so i can get on my first cyle without worrying much about the higher body fat related estogen effects.
age-24
height-175cm
weight-185 pounds.
 
I hope you are right coz i dont think im anywhere around 12-14 %, i thought i was around 18-19 %,maybe you are right. Anyone else guys need some more opinion.

I agree ...closer to 18-ish

15% and you'd see an outline of abs along the top of them with no real definition and the love handles (sorry) would be a bit more like a layer on obliques than anything

luckily 3-4% fat loss when you're a little high bf and male is really relatively easy
good luck :)
oh...and excellent choice waiting until your bf is a lower percentage...I always cringe when men are higher bf and start running stuff
 
no way you're 18%. you just don't have alot of muscle and thats not an insult. you aren't ready to cycle and cutting will not produce what you visualize. you need to dedicate a good 2 or 3 years to adding some muscle. then you'll be where you want to be and then cycle. right now, i wouldn't realize you train regularly.

@stevesmi- I will try shave my hair lol its like a jungle in there.
@shirlene- i know there are some love handles ... its all right im trying to get rid of them.
@timtim- i know i dont have alot of muscles but in these pics im glycogen depleted due to keto and almost zero carbs, im looking much flatter as in comparison to when i 'carb up'.
 
problem with keto diet is when you come off you will gain everything back quickly.

you should slowly adjust down your carbs but don't just turn them off overnight. this is why so many people fail at losing weight and go back to being fat again. lets say you went out to an Italian restaurant tonight and had a 3 course meal.. appetizer, bread, entree.. whatever.. just a full course italian dinner. you would literally step on the scale the next day and be up 4 pounds overnight no joke. so you gotta be careful running keto
