Body fat at 22%??? Picture included...

How accurate are those Body fat measurers on scales? I just bought one the other day and it said I'm at 22%... I was hoping it would have been a bit lower!
Here is a photo of me from this past Tuesday... Not sure if you can tell or come close based on a photo, but I have nothing to compare to.

you do look lower (abs come out at 15%).

Calipers have an error rate of +/- 5%... check out hydrostatic water testing.
