This info is in the taking steroids 101 sticky... I compiled a whole shit ton of info and slammed it all into that 1 sticky. As you can see it has over 60k views and counting. Truthfully though It has not been viewed enough and all of us should put that sticky in our sigs. That way there is a much greater chance a newb will see it and read it.
