I think you have to understand that 6% bf is damn low and its going to be hard to get any lower. But as far as bloat I would try and just cut carbs sooner. Maybe 3pm? Use waxymaize for postworkout.
1. Are you eating canned tuna and chicken? This could pack some serious sodium. Check those meat sources. Make sure none are deli or canned.
2. Drop the shredded wheat at night. When i have carbs (especially cerial) at night i swear i wake up feeling like the damn pillsbury dough boy.
BTW, i'm a big fan of the cytogainer. I've used it for a while now. I don't hear about it much around here. It's good to see another user.
