Goals...
Mass gains.. Big ones. I only weigh 154. But i'm only 15 as well. But I gotta juice cause I've stopped gaining. And i have a proper workout, give each muscle group 48 hours of rest and everything. No major progress. Just getting very cut. I had might as well run track.
And to the guy who said I've posted 321 times and asked a question like this.
I wasn't interested until a few weeks ago. I told myself I wasn't going to and was going all natural. I changed my mind. I don't have the genetics, nor do i have the patience. My dad weighed 136 lbs at 24. No way am i going to be under 200 by the time i hit 18.
