Goals...

Mass gains.. Big ones. I only weigh 154. But i'm only 15 as well. But I gotta juice cause I've stopped gaining. And i have a proper workout, give each muscle group 48 hours of rest and everything. No major progress. Just getting very cut. I had might as well run track.


And to the guy who said I've posted 321 times and asked a question like this.

I wasn't interested until a few weeks ago. I told myself I wasn't going to and was going all natural. I changed my mind. I don't have the genetics, nor do i have the patience. My dad weighed 136 lbs at 24. No way am i going to be under 200 by the time i hit 18.
 
15 = no juice. Get your diet on track if you want to gain. Doesn't even look like you've given that a thought.

Diet? HA! I eat enough to maintain a cow. I probably get 60 G's of protein a day and thats without the meal replacement. I've been debating whether to stay natural and go with protein shakes or go unnatural and gain immensely. I've been giving this allota thought bro.

I'm not weak or anything espescially not for my age. My two best area's are curling and shrugging.
I can curl 110 for 8 and I can shrug 330 for 22.

And look how skinny I am....

Try eating 420grams of protein daily for 3 months. I guarantee you that you'll gain Muscle. If you wanna grow you got to stop eating like a little bitch.

I ain't sayin this shit to flame you, but to rather explain to you what it takes. I gained about 25lbs of lean mass in a few months, naturally, by eating insane amounts of protein daily.
 
Yeah. 60 g. 1 microwaveable Boston market turkey dinner has 32 grams of protein. It's actually quite tasty. I save money on protein shakes by buying it. It's only $3. MAN C'MON! I can't take bein this small anymore! I wanted to play football this year for my high school and the coach laughed at me and said come back next year. GOD I FELT LIKE STOMPING HIS HEAD IN. I would probably be the best damn running back that football team ever fricken had. I box anyway though. I don't have time for his stupid azz. I have a better coach who realizes my talent. Of course since i was in A.M. rehab I can't get in the ring til i'm completely off my presc. which won't be til next year! God at times like this, I just want to stab malaciously into those who oppose me.

Im sorry, my mistake....so you have been lifting for the better part of one whole year. Well, considering it takes most people with intelligence about 4-5 years of continuous lifting to begin gear...you may wanna wait just a little while longer.

And 60 grams of protein per day huh. Considering I get that amount in about 1 meal you may wanna up it just a little and I guarantee you that you will see results.

And please dont say that using protein shakes is being "un-natural" because it simply offends me.

(sorry everyone, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but just trying to get my point across to the youngster.)

Do they fuckin have chicken where you live? Howabout beef? Fish?

Considering one little chicken breast contains about 30 grams of protein you may wanna think about this a little bit before you speak and get a whole lot of people pissed at you.

I never said protein shakes were unnatural. I said steroids were. I just said What i buy is cheaper seeing as how i can't get a job and my broke azz parents won't buy me shiznit. and how do you get so much protein in one meal?

I'm sorry i snapped. I am jabbering about some things I don't know much about. But i have to ask questions to learn so pleez enlighten me.
 
Ok i will lay it down for you:

1) Dont even think about using gear until you are at least 18 or 19.

2) Eat 5-7 meals every day...eat every 3 fuckin hours. Each meal should contain a portion of chicken, beef, or fish and some veggies.

3) Be fuckin patient.

I assure you that if you eat at least 150 grams of protein per day (about 5-6 chicken breasts) even without meal replacement or protein shakes, you will put on muscle like you ever thought possible.
 
Eat a couple of chicken breasts and you got 60 g of protein right there, that's a whole days worth for you. If you do that a couple times a day, plus some protein shakes, and all the other food you'll eat. BAM you got 1.5 to 2 times your body weight in grams of protein, which is where you want to be.
 
Nah, I have never juiced. I guess i thought I wanted to but i might have just been a little discouraged.

My friend at the gym named bruce, who is a total Monster, told me that Protein shakes could cause kidney stones. So that scared me because I've pissed out a rock before and I think i'd rather stay skinny. THat really scared me. So i thought i'd learn about juicin.

My stats are 5'11. 154, dunno my BF.

You friend probably also thinks that sucking his own dick will get himself pregnant. No, they will not cause kidney stones...just be sure to drink a good amount of water throughout the day if you are worried. Piss at least once an hour.
 
juice at this age and u will have many, many problems as an adult. do not do it, ur testorone is thru the roof and u will still be able to make good gains if u inc ur protein to 200-300 g a day (no this will not mess ur kidneys up)....keep training and i gaurantee you you'll get results. but, just in case your mind is completly made up to juice, only stick to anavar....this is the least likely of anything to give you sides as an adult....everyhting else will give u some form of serious damage at this young age.
 
Even though you're 5'11 (damn you) if you juice now you will close your epiphysial(sp?) plates prematurely. You will be 5'11 for the rest of you're life, and you will be stuck with that skinny frame that you are complaining about now. Your shoulders will not broaden, you'll have skinny wrists, etc...

Wouldn't you rather wait a couple of years, get up to 6'1 or 6'2 and then juice and be HUGE?
 
Oh. everything I read the back of has no protein content, guess i'm buying the wrong stuff.

I usually eat shit like chili dogs, fried chicken breasts, you know the usual fast food diet. I assumed 60 was my intake but now that i think about it it's probably somewhere moreso around the area of...... 90 - 100. I under estimated. I guess i wasn't really thinkin' about it.


I've been patient, almighty. I just lost it when that coach fed me that BS. I'm an ex-golden glove, and to attain that rank one requires patience. I coulda beat the gay outta that coach if i weren't affeared of going back to rehab. Or even a loony bin. Thats why i get so confused. I get angry and dont think. I just say whatever comes to mind, while concentrating on something else which would be the anger.

I shouldn't worry about giving myself the perfect physique now because nature isn't through yet. Why make it perfect then nature fuck it up? lol. I'm glad i posted this cause it's really calmed me down. Thanks alot you guys. I'll be back on later. I haven't lifted today. BB in about 90.
 
yep, it's bullshit. he's 15, ex golden glove? c'mon now. he doesn't know how to get protein and thought that 60 g's were enough? well homie, if its not bullshit, i'll tell you that you've got a lot to learn. two scoops of my protein shake with whole milk will give me over 60 grams of protein. it's not hard. and i looked at your pic, and you got some serious work to be done. you really need to work on your back. your chest is pulling your shoulders inward because your back isn't strong enough. so you really need to hit your back. trap, rear delts, middle of the back.
 
I'm definately smelling something, but just in case you're legit, you'd be making a fat fucking mistake juicing now. My senior year of high school I started lifting at 6'1" 140lbs, and despite my tennis player genetics, I got to about 220 solid at 23 naturally, hit the big platau, then started juicing. Now at 26, I'm blowing up great, but without that natural foundation, I wouldn't be shit. Its hard work, but it'll be worth it. Learn about diet and training, juice later.
 
Personally if I was eating just 60, or even 100g of protein a day I would not grow, even if on a boatload of gear. When I started lifting at 17 I did not know the importance of diet, and only went from 120lbs to about 130 and stopped gaining. People at my gym said I was an ectomorph and nothing I did would ever get me over 150lbs. In college I actually started eating right and was a very cut 180 (5'5")before I turned 20, without using drugs. Even now that I cycle steroids, it still seems that diet is the most important variable. I think any guy on this board will attest to the fact that it is the most effort and time consuming part of getting big, and interferes more with your everyday life than training or drugs. Deal with it.

go to any of the internet supplement discounters (netrition.com and dpsnutrition.com are good) and get several of the 5lb Optimum whey protein jugs. I just throw it in a blender with some frozen yogurt and milk and knock that down between meals.
 
15 is way to young to juice IMO. Bro, if you are serious then e-mail me and I will help you out with a diet and workout plan to pack on the mass. Juice is not the answer at this age.

Even if you do juice, with your low protien diet, it isn't going to add that much mass. Anyways, you should have at least 2-4 years of weight lifting experience before you start juicing.

Actually birds eat many times their weight in food a day, while horses eat quite a bit less than their own weight.

So change your workout. Do different exercises. Do different rep-ranges.

48 hours isn't enough rest time either. Give each muscle group at least 72 hours to recover. Some people even find they get better gains when they only workout a muscle group once a week.

And for fucksake, eat more.

I can see that the coach pissed you off. Take that motivation and let it burn in you and go lift. Lift, lift, lift till you are at least 19-20. Educate yourself as much as you can and STOP eating fast food. That stuff is more expensive than anything else.

You will get bigger, you will see. But it takes time. No other coach will say 'no' to you in the future. You are only 15, you have all of highschool and college to come back bigger AND better. Those will be the REAL years to be playing. It is OK to be mad, just use it to your advantage and don't do anything rash.

Rash= To do something quickly without thinking. To make mistakes by reacting to your emotions.
