Here is my routine for back and shoulders, I do mostly lower volume since I dont progress at all when I add more volume. I change exercises about every 5 weeks but here is what I am doing now
Back 2 times over 3 weeks
Bent Over Rows 4x8
Pullups 2 x AMAP
Shoulders 2 times over 3 weeks
DB Presses 3x8
Lateral Raises 3x10
Face Pulls 3x12
Back 2 times over 3 weeks
Bent Over Rows 4x8
Pullups 2 x AMAP
Shoulders 2 times over 3 weeks
DB Presses 3x8
Lateral Raises 3x10
