Ok what are some good training excersizes to make your bicepts wider instead of taller/higher peak. My arm size is ok from the side view, but looking down from the top its really narrow.
Wide grip straight bar curls put more emphasis n the inner bicep which gives the appearance of a thickness. Close grips put the emphasis on the outer, or brachialisis.
what? reverse curl. I'm looking for more of a peak, but can you explain the reverse curl more? seems like a reverse curl is like skull crushers for triceps.. thanks...
you know how you do a regular curl right ? well turn your wrist around... so your palms are facing the floor.. keep your elbows at your side and pull up to about a 90 degree angle.
Reverse curls also work the shit out of the top of your forarm. I did them on wed, my forearms are just now feeling normal again. Hurt like a bitch for 3 days.
dont go to a 90 degree, go all the way up until you feel your forearm hitting your bicep, maybe lower or higher than 90 degrees, but truthfully you should never say what degree you should go to.
