Bicep Issue...

I would like to know if it is possible to transfor my "short bi" into a longer muscle. In other words, make my bicep stretch the entire length of my arm instead of three quarters of the way. Iv been told its impossible to change a "short bi". Its all genetics. Iv also been told hammer curls can cure this. Please help. THANX.
 
Your bicep actually DOES run all along your arm from the shoulder to your elbow joint. Try doing some dumbbell preacher curls, and make sure to go almost all the way down on the eccentric part of the curl (straighten your arm, but don't hyperextend it, keep a small bend in your elbow). That goes for any other bicep exercise as well.. make sure you extend your arms almost all the way. Also, hammer curls are good for building your brachioradalis which is along the bicep.. do some hammers and your biceps as well as your forearms will increase in size. Give it a shot and let us/me know how it goes. Hope this helps.
 
The lenght of your biceps in determined by genetics. Whbat you have in terms of an insertion you cant change. My biceps go all the way down like Arnolds. I have seen other peoples biceps like yours go three quarters of the way, but this isnt bad. You can develop the brachi by doing hammer curls and reverse curls to give the illusion of long biceps but your bicep shape and lenght is determined by genetics the same way as your height is. Take a look at Franco Columbo, he has short biceps like yours but they were so big that it didnt really matter. So start bombing those biceps. Do as lot of different kinds of hammer curls and reverse curls
