In about a week or so I'll have finished my low carb diet and will once again begin the bulking cycle . I started by keeping the carbs below 100gms per day and have gradually lowered them to under 20 for the last couple weeks (never entered ketosis for any length of time). But anyways, the question that I had was about the best way that you guys have found to come off of this type of diet? The last time that I dieted (not a low carb diet), I went right into my bulking cycle and ate pretty much everything in sight for the first couple of days. The problem was that I got really bloated and felt all fat and gross...I don't want to have to deal with this again. I figure that the best way would be to slowly add more carbs/cals into the diet instead of just all at once. Let me know what you guys think.
