Best Running Shoes

I think I'll make the drive.. I've never had any issues with my feet. Have been running for years.. I am most certain that the issue lies in these very old shoes. LOL

I take good care of my shoes so on the outside.. they don't look to old but they have a hell of alot of miles on them. :worried:

Sounds like you just need new shoes.... but if you do go, take your old shoes with you so they can see how they've "worn."

As far as running it all depends on your foot. Shoes are made differently. I like to run in New blanace for shorter distances up to 10-12 miles, after that I pull out my Mizuno Waves for longer distances. If you go to roadrunnersports.com they have some great running shoes. I have ordered from there before so they are legit. You just type in what kind of foot you have (wide, narrow, rigid... etc.) and they pop back the shoes made for your foot. Ideally for running you need a half size larger then you would typically wear.
