I was a triathlete and ultra runner a few years back.34 years old and I am 207 pounds
Looking to improve my endurance and also recovery times. A lot of runners and swimmers have discussed tb500 and it sparked my interest. I would like to try it myself and I’m looking for suggestions as to what are the best dosages for someone like me who is a triathlete and who trains pretty much every day for long periods.
TB/BPC isn't really for daily recovery it's for injury recovery.
If you want endurance help you'll want Osterine(50mg/day) and Carderine(20mg/day) for 12-14 weeks during a hard training block.
