best ways to run tb500 as a tri-athlete

34 years old and I am 207 pounds
Looking to improve my endurance and also recovery times. A lot of runners and swimmers have discussed tb500 and it sparked my interest. I would like to try it myself and I’m looking for suggestions as to what are the best dosages for someone like me who is a triathlete and who trains pretty much every day for long periods.

5mgs per week but split the dose 1/2 1/2
 
you definitely don't want to overdose on it it can cause some issues like high heart rate
 
I think you should stack bpc with it every time and expect to run it for at least two or three months

The same as anyone else. Do you use painkillers differently just cos you a Tri-Athlete?
 
TB-500

First 4-6 weeks, 10 MG per week split into 5 MG doses then maintenance at 5 MG once per week

I was a triathlete and ultra runner a few years back.
TB/BPC isn't really for daily recovery it's for injury recovery.
If you want endurance help you'll want Osterine(50mg/day) and Carderine(20mg/day) for 12-14 weeks during a hard training block.
