I was planning on running a quick 6 to 8 week fat loss diet and was wondering how to best structure my workout. Usually I drop to a 5x5 scheme for the heavy basics and build around those. It might be something like:
Mon: BPress and Military Press
Wed: Squats
Fri: DLifts and BOver Rows
I use those as a core, hitting 5x5 for each and then add auxilary work in around them (ex: db flyes on Mon). If there's a better way to train when trying to lose chub I'd like to hear about it.
Oh yeah, I'm natural and I'll run cardio maybe 4 - 6 times a week.
