best meet cut for digestion

Hi guys I wonder what's the best meat cut to have for those who have digesting problems, as you know some cuts like prime rib are softer than others, I always had digesting issues specially with red meat but also I'm doing a bulking cycle based on high animal protein , thank you.

You don't have to have red meat if it bothers you. Just stick to chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, whey isolate protein.

honestly if you have major problems with IBS or crohns you need to stop eating meat for now until you get that under control

go to a vegan type diet with raw sauerkraut, kombachu, and lots of water. you might even consider kicking things off with a prolonged fast. then over time you gradually reintroduce meat, but good quality meat
