Ok - I have a really dumbass question but I would appreciate some help here.
I have been hard back into training for the last 7-8 months nows after an almost 2 year lay off. Finally the weights are improving solidly again - nowhere near back to my old weights but coming along nicely.
Anyway - I like bent rows - all kinds of grips, hand spaces, one arms dbell, bbell etc.
Thing is at my gym it is kinda impossible to have the mirror in front of you when doing bent over bbell rows and due to space restrictions I can do them with a mirrow along side of me.
Now what has happened is that now I do the rows with my head turned to the mirror so I can observe my form etc but after thinking about it I thought maybe it would be best for my spine if I did them with my head facing forward.#
However now Im so used to having my head turned I find it almost impossible to do em properly facing straight ahead.#
Do you think it would be bad to continue this way or should I take the time to re-orient myself with a head facing forward posture?
See I told you it was a dumbass question...#
Cheers for any help.
P.S:I row fairly heavy 3 plates plus per side and keep my back dead straight all the way - but I do have slight lower back problems due to a past squat injury.
