Bench press plateau after starting squats and deads

I have been doing upper body mainly for the past few months of starting power lifting. The last 3 weeks i added squats and dead lifts to my routine, and this resulted in my bench press not improving at all. I am using the west side barbell template. Any thoughts or similar expereinces to this? Is this normal?

Yeah thats absolutely normal. Naturally you can only recover from so much. So adding those 2 exercises could have affected your recovery. Now all 3 are trying to grow but its a very rare person that can get all 3 big lifts to improve at the same time. I have been power-lifting for 12 years and i think 1 time in those 12 years i had all 3 lifts grow at the same time. To further this case, Have you ever noticed how much bench only guys bench? They only have to bench so naturally they are able to improve faster in the bench than regular powerlifters. So yes this is normal.
