Nice job. I remember the first time I attempted 315 back in HS.... I got way worse than "stapled" to the bench... I have always thought it was the toughest goal to accomplish before or since...
i wish it were that easy. i could keep benching, and be joshua ward-class next year, i have that going for me. my build is great for benching/PLing too.
strongman, i'm kinda too short, though there's no excuses. but i dont know why the sudden interest again. i saw it on tv the other day and started thinking. maybe i'm just a little impressionable kid?
well...once you try it, you prolly wont stop. i'm pretty short too but once i tried it, i was hooked. especially after doin it a few times. 1st time my back erectors have grown in this short period of time. i can actually see lil erectors comin out now.
