I am 5'9 was 270 and got down to 235-240 by exercise. I'm still big and not losing anymore and was offered Dianobol. Im not looking to be Mr Universe but I think in some way if i was doing the Dianabol, it would push me to work even harder in the gym since Im taking it anyway if that makes sense?

How much do I take?
Can I take only Dianobol?
Whats the cardio/weight training schedule i should be doing in the gym?

If you don't suggest i do it, can anyone suggest a workout program for me, I dont know too much about weights, just been hitting the treadmill.

Its end of January now and Im going to Vegas middle of May and would like to look decent...any and all advice would be appreciated.

Thank you so much. :worried: ::o

How old are you?
I wouldnt do it mate, Dbol isnt just to make you train harder in the gym and give you more focus. Sounds like whatever your doing your loosing weight and if thats your goal just stick to a solid clean diet and leave the steroids until you have been on the weights for a few years at last!

Everyone responds differently to the amount of weights/cardio per week but I like to have a nice balance, Id reccommend hitting the weights 3 times per week concentrating on compound (multi joint) exercises, deadlifts, bench, chins, squats maybe get a PT to run you through correct technique, throw in a few isolation exercises aswell otherwise youl get bored of your training!
Try doing cardio 3- 5 times per week, mix it up. Do some long slow distance work on the treaddy or bike and some HIIT aswell, brisk walking on an incline is a good one or sprint/walks with an incline!

IMO definately dont waster your time with the DBOL it will just bloat you and make you put on more weight in the form of water, sure you might be a little stronger but you said it yourself you dont know much about weights! Stick to a moderate calorie deficit and eat clean whole foods avoiding processed junk and fast fod/alcohol etc Im sure you know the deal,

Stick to it mate

Goodluck!

Knee jerk response: why the fuck would yo take dbol to get more cut/smaller? :S

friendlier response: stay in the gym. for now but...

how often do you go
whats diet like
natty supps? take any?
how often you beat it? not important im just curious

If I were you I would smack the crap out of the guy who offered to give you dbol - dbol is a bulking compound, definately not for cutting purposes. You need to post up some more details before we can attempt to help you ... your age, %bodyfat, diet in terms of protein:carbs:fat ratio, if you are not sure, just post your meals per day and we can always try to work with that. What exactly does your workout routine look like, i.e Mon - treadmill at such a rate for so long, Tue - rest; Wed etc.etc ... you get the picture?

If we have all that info, we can most certainly assist you a lot better, however, jumping on the juice-wagon now would not be advisable - you have done good so far and if you hit a plateau where you no longer loose, then I would definately blame the fact that you are only doing treadmill. Do yourself a favour and research a bit on the net about High Intensity Interval Training - HIIT, it will force your body past that "I ain't losing no more shit" phase. If you suspect that your diet might not be right anymore, research a bit and change it. Regarding the HIIT - it really is what it says, High Intensity, so do not try to go full blast from the start, you know what your level of cardio-fitness is, adjust the pace accordingly and work tour tempo up as you progress.

Good luck Bro.

tc911 - thers'a A LOT of good help here. Take RADAR up on his offer and def. read the sticky's in each section. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Yeah bro all good advice, and NO dbol is not the answer,it will actually make the weight harder to get off,its one of the most retensive(holding fluids) you can possibly take, and your weight and presumed bf% you need to be dropping as much as possible.

Thank you guys, I honestly didnt expect that many responses. Means a lot to me.
Almost 30 yrs old...have a stressful job, dont get a chance to eat 5 meals a day at work.
Treadmill 4 times a week usually 4 days in a row, gonna start doing machines or free weights. Basically on the treadmill i lose around 700 calories.
You are gonna roll your eyes cuz i know this is bad but i only eat like once a day and by then Im starving and overeat so I know thats a huge problem. Chicken breast, cottage cheese, roast beef, lean pork chops, water, diet pepsi...no fast food really

dbol no no bro...
Diet is key here and I know it can be hard..
