I like to take 2 packs of oatmeal and mix it with 1 cup of cottage chesse. some times il eat egg whites onthe said.
 
The carbs isn't a problem for you??

I've done the following:

Casein whey w/ flax shake
cottage cheese & anpb
anpb
 
How much of your daily cals are at night? It is just total cals / 5 or do you reserve a little more / less?
 
As long as you are in an energy deficit, taking in carbs or anything is ok. The need for nutrients and digestive system do not stop at some certain witching hour. :) It becomes an issue only when in an energy surplus.
 
If you are bulking you should be having carbs at night. i like to have oatmeal cuz its complex and has alot of fiber! some people will eat pop tarts too spike ther insulin at night too but i dont do that.

I would think this much better and more sensible in the morning. Natural cortisol cycle is low at night and high in the morning. Insulin shuts off cortisol.
