Been kinda unmotivated about the gym lately - What is the best training rout. ever?

Alot of you know from my posts that when I do a cycle it's all I concentrate on, this summer I truly worked my ass off to gain the 28lbs that I did. 2 days after my last dose of anavar, as I was coming off cycle, my car broke down as I posted about. It was really frustrating because that 2 week period is crucial. It was 30 dollars round trip to the gym and because I had to figure out how to get to work and everything else as well I only made it to the gym twice.

As Saturday rolled around and my car was supposed to be finished, as I posted about, they called and said someone from the dealership had wrecked it, they had to order a new fender which would take at least 8 more days...

Because of this I moderately crashed and lost a good 4-6lbs of lean mass, going from a pretty awesome looking 220 to a mediocre 214...I have maintained at 214 or so but I really have not been spirited in my workouts at all...it was like, all that work ruined by such stupid, shitty luck.

Anyway I'd like to spice things up by trying a new training routine, only I'm not really sure if anything is more effective than a max-ot style 4-6 heavy reps with weight progression as the goal....I've still been making moderate progress but it's been really half hearted...

So perk my BITCH-ass up with something new!

IMO the best is flailing though. really good flailers are rare in this country.
 
I like HIT personally. 1 set per exercise to total failure, 2 exercises per body part. I am up 17lbs in 4 weeeks on current cycle.

BTW if your on clomid stay away from Lifetime TV- it will make you cry same for the movie Pay it Forward- you've been warned!

Why didn't you make them give you a free rental car?
 
4-6 pounds after cycle is not bad at all.

I assume since you without car, you weren't going to the gym.... negating the need to take a week or two off (that I was going to suggest).

I like to change my rountine about every 3-4 months.

This time around I'm doing the pull motions on the same day, and push the next day.

day 1 = chest and tris (change which you start with, from week to week)
day 2 = back and bis (change which you start with, from week to week)
day 3 = delts and traps (change which you start with, from week to week)
day 4 = legs and abs
day 5 = off day
day 6 = repeat day one, or take extra day off.
