BCAA's & Glutamine

For a pre-workout I am looking at MusclePharm Assault and it already contains the same amount of bcaa's I can get with buying just bcaa's pills. and it also has Glutamine.

For Protein I am looking at MusclePharm Combat and it also already has added bcaa's and Glutamine.

So with taking these I should be getting the daily intake levels of bcaa and Glutamine,, do you think I would need to also buy bcaa and Glutamine pills to take as well?

Also for Creatine I am looking at MusclePharm Creatine Core because it has creatine nitrate.

what do you think of this stack?

you should be fine with both them supps gor glute and bccas

Dont go spending all your money on muscle pharm products should be cheaper and better quality stuff out there

Regular creatine monohydrate has worked best for me. Havent tried the nitrate though.

Assault contains BCAA's, creatine, and Glutamine, but they don't list amounts. They only list the total of their proprietary blends.

I hate that, although overall it seems to be good quality pre-workout supp.

If you're going to take protein outside of food and shakes, make it GEAR. It's better than anything on the market.
