BAR NONE.....The best strength/mass lift for Triceps??

Sofa try doing your close grips in the rack with the pins set about 3-4" off your chest next time. Keep your elbows in and use a weight that you can only get 5-6 reps with. That weight should be around your max bech. Give it a shot, I put 1 inch on my arms in about 6 weeks when I started loading my tri's with max weight.

Sounds good. I'm gearing up for a size explosion when I start WSB.

I don't do any tricep isolation. I do bench, incline, and military press, and my tri's keep growing.

I already do that. It is definitely one of the best max builders ever. I think it is what took my arms up to the next notch.

i can NOT get the hang of rack lockouts. i have the bar in the j-hooks and set the pins about 6-8 inches lower than lockout.

it ends up being slow and awkward. the most i have ever done was 315x1, when all my boards are higher than that. weird as hell..these could be useful for me if i knew how to do them

I start with the bar sitting dead still on the pins and press up from there. I just do singles. It seems to help me push through sticking points that used to kill me.
