BAR NONE.....The best strength/mass lift for Triceps??

The reason I said JM presses is because it's a press and extension all in one. It's not a skull crusher with the bar, as it doesn't go behind your head. You don't bring the bar down all the way either, so you can limit that based on how your elbows feel. Use a close grip, let the elbows travel away from your body but still IN, and bring the bar down over your mouth. You're going to stop high, and press it back up. It's like a skull crusher but with the bar traveling in a straight line.

Ugh...did that make ANY sense?

What do you guys think is the better massbuilder for tri's....skull crushers, or overhead barbell extentions?

I think I read somewhere that the overhead extension stresses the inner head of the triceps whcih is the largest out of the three.

Sofa try doing your close grips in the rack with the pins set about 3-4" off your chest next time. Keep your elbows in and use a weight that you can only get 5-6 reps with. That weight should be around your max bech. Give it a shot, I put 1 inch on my arms in about 6 weeks when I started loading my tri's with max weight.
