Slept in....I have Mondays off and it's a rainy day here. :sleep2:

12:00:3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, lil parmesan....apple
3:30: can chk, peas
6:45: pro shake w/ 1 tbsp anpb, 1/3 cup oats
8:30: can chk, mushrooms, peas and parmesan in a whole wheat wrap

Back: t-bar rows 25x16, 45x12, 55x10, 70x8
seated rows 90x12, 100x12, 110x10
bent-over rows 45x12, 55x8, 60x6
close-grip pull-downs 90x12, 100x8, 110x6

11:00: Shake
12:30: 3 tbsp anpb, 2 cups skim milk

3:00: 1 cup peas, 2 slices turkey
6:30: shake w/ 1 scoop whey, tbsp anpb, 1/4 cup oats
9:30: 6 oz ground turk, mush, tbsp parmesan in whole wheat wrap

Shoulders: db press: 20x18, 35x12, 45x10, 55x6, 40x10
cable flys: 15x12, 20x10, 20x10, 15x10

11:00: 2 scoops whey
1:00: 3 tbsp anpb, 2 cup skim milk
