Hellooooooo Pretty! I have been out of the web...I was out of town, then sick, then just not in the mood to type.
I hope you are doing good, and your mom is well.
I hope things are better, because pain is not an easy sentiment...Please PM me, if you need anything, even to blurt out bad words...

Believe me... Water weight is a blah feeling... You'll be fine.. First of all don't get down on yourself if you are!?!? Start where you are now and move forward!!! We all can't be on stage 365 days of the year.. Just have to find out what you can mentally, and physically maintain in your off season! :heart:
 
OK! I thought about starting a new journal, but I'm not ready to part with this one. I've been really unmotivated since my show, which was 2 months ago today.
I've still been lifting hard, but eating like shit.
So...I've gained 20 pounds!! I know some of it is to be expected, but I don't want to put on too much and make it more difficult for me to cut again. I definitley want to do another show in the Spring. So, for now I'm bulking...but clean.
I've learned that I can't do anything half-ass, or I totally fall off the wagon.

Here we go again!!!!!!!

Guuuuuuuuuurl.......I TOTALLY know how you feel!! I did the same thing after my show......so you're not alone......have you tried Shadow's 40/30/30 plan?? It's pretty forgiving & you can have a LOT of variety on it......

I'll check out the threads on Shadow's plan. I'll probably go with the 40/30/30. My workouts are good, but I need to start doing cardio again. I'm thinking three sessions a week.
I'll start logging the food and workouts again Sunday or Monday.
