Intense workouts are good ... did you take a break since the show or have you kept them consistant? Moderation has no place in my diet unless it's one cheat meal a week when I'm "cutting" or "maintaining" ...

I really need to formulate a new game plan. Does anyone have input on that?I want to stay somewhat lean (until it gets cold and I can hide my blubber, but my goal is to add some size on my legs and shoulders.
Maybe 1800 cals?
Most of all, I need to learn how to have balance in my life, but that is something I'll probably be forever searching for.
