11:30: 30 min. cardio on empty

12:15: shake (1.5 scoops whey + 1/2 cup oats)
3:30: 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
5:30: 1 can tuna, 1 cup brocc
9:15: 6 oz yam, 4 egg whites

10PM: Back

wide grip pull-downs
80x16, 90x12, 80x14

low back machine
115x20, 130x20, 145x15, 115x18

*About 15 min. posing practice


11PM: 2 scoops whey in water
12:30: 3 egg whites, 1 tbsp flaxseeds

Day 3 100g carbs

Had to adjust my schedule today for work. No morning cardio. I'll have to do it this afternoon.


7:15: shake (2 scoops whey + 1/2 cup oats)
10:30: 1 cup brocc, 4 egg whites
12:45: shake (1 scoop whey + 1/2 cup oats)

2:45: 45 min. cardio + abs

4:15: 1 cup brocc, 4 egg whites
7:30: 1/2 cup brown rice, 5 egg whites

9:30:Legs

smith machine squats
95x16, 115x14, 135x12, 95x16

one-leg lunges w/ db in hands
12#x15, 15x14, 12x14

leg extensions
50x20, 60x18, 70x14

seated curls
75x20, 90x16, 105x14

glute machine
50x20, 60x15


10:30: 2 scoops whey in water

Day 1 No Carb

Throwing out splenda and spices officially today. I switched to drinking green tea in the morning instead of coffee...I just can't get down with the black coffee. Also, I started taking postassium and taurine for muscle cramping. It's been really bad during posing practice. I'm really watching the water intake too....at least a gallon a day.
Off for AM cardio...

12PM: Shake (2 scoops whey + 1 tsp flax oil)
3PM: 5 oz boiled chk breast, 1 cup brocc
5:30: 5 egg whites, 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
