Day 2 No carbs
No training today

8:30: Shake (1.5 scoops whey + 1 tbsp anpb)
and that's the last of the pb jar....and I'm not buying anymore. I'm going to start using flax oil instead to replace the fat.

12PM: 2 egg whites, 2 whole hb eggs
2:30: chicken breast, 1 cup brocc
5:30: 1 scoop whey
9:30: chicken breast, 1 cup brocc
11:30: chicken breast, 1 tsp flax oil

I like that part :lmao: I had to quit buying the stuff too because it's too addicting :chomp: And also started using the flax oil instead!! Hope you have a good time at the show hun and learn a TON!! :wavey:

Well, the show I went to was cool. It was really good for me to watch everything and learn. I feel a little more confident now about doing the posing and routine on stage.
I think I'll come in nice in four weeks. I may not win the show, but at least I won't embarass myself. :) I'm really looking forward to the experience, and I'm not so nervous about it now.

Glad to hear you had a good time at the show & learned something!!

I hear ya on the Low/No Carb days - I was SUPER moody on those days when I was prepping for my show last year......and I couldn't have the PB either - just too tempting.....
