I like it on the elliptical. Real easy on my knees but I still go all out, make no mistake. I'm leaning over the machine gasping for air after each sprint.. I really like doing quick HIIT sessions. That and stairs and I'm thinking the fat will keep coming off. 6 more weeks or something like that? I gotta bust my ass I I want any abs this time. Sub 15% would be awesome.
