Epsom salt definitely soothes muscle. Twice a week soak is ideal. Glad you can do that to heal up fast, LG. no one near me has a big tub. So I only get to soak in the hot tub at the gym every so often. Maybe I'll smuggle some Epsom salt in.. Heh

My bis were the most pumped I've ever felt them. Skin tearing it seemed.. but sadly it didn't look all that impressive with no defintion. Tris were great and pumped too.. 4 sprints all out at resistance 16, got up to about 120rpm each time for 30 seconds then fully recover til next sprint.
Each time I was done sprinting I was about ready to puke, grueling and totally out of breath.. Felt great.

When it comes to cardio I always hated running, probably because I had to do it all the time in the army, now I can't run thanks to my foot condition so I just hit the bag, and my aerobic capacity has never increased so quickly. I think the most important thing with cardio is that you enjoy it. Otherwise you won't put in 100% and you'll find excuses to skip it.

Spinning class 1 hr.. umm.. wow? drenched in sweat.. did maybe like 1000 squats total on a bike while spinning? There wasn't a dry spot on my shirt.. it made me feel disgusting.. my shirt probably weighed about 5 pounds from all the sweat. Talk about a quad and calf workout.. ouch.

Beleive it or not something that works for me is a cup of plaine black tea. IDK why but it does. Sleep is an issue that most bros on cycle face. Sorry not to have any real help for you here bro.

overtraining and undereating comes to mind...I'm only 5'8" and sitting around 172-174 ish and was eating almost that much and still losing weight, and that was up until last week when I dropped my carb intake to 70g/ed and i'm still getting stronger and leaner and i've carb loaded once and it def wasn't a clean carb load lol. Drop your volume down a notch or cut back some on the cardio and increase your calorie intake for a couple days and let your body recover and I guarantee you will feel better and stronger then switch to carb cycling. Sleep could also be an issue cut back your tren dose, its not gonna do you any good if youre not sleeping and your body isn't getting the rest it needs then youre just hustling backwards. This is what I would do but you know your body best.....good luck
Very true on the sleep too, but I will note thay the last two nights I've slept a lot sounder. Still wake up a few times to pee but when I sleep I've been sleeping deep.
I'll carb up a bit. Take a rest day today and hit it hard tomorrow.
Also I've decided to go low carb during the week, probably 100g or less. then do carb loads every weekend. Unless someone thinks I should do it more often? Some say every 3 days or so, but that's with like. no carb whatsoever right? I figure 100g won't make me seriously weak or tired, It'll mostly be pre-post workout, and then do around 500-600g on saturday/sunday. Thoughts on this guys?
Personally your biggest meal should be breakfast keep carb loading moderate up until after 1 pm ,try that and see hoe its works ,it's all trial & error!
