My bis were the most pumped I've ever felt them. Skin tearing it seemed.. but sadly it didn't look all that impressive with no defintion. Tris were great and pumped too.. I couldn't reach up to my ears to adjust my earphones.. people were looking at me funny if I was trying to switch a song on my armband cause I couldn't reach across my body to touch the screen on my other arm. Felt good about todays workout.
Oh yeah.. I weight 255 again.. wtf? Man I wish I could get BF tested to make sure I'm going the right direction..
I might go into a carb cycling diet soon, I'm kind of fed up being fat and that's the only way I know how to melt it off. We'll see.. bleah.
