I know that feeling that's why I took off Friday from fasted cardio and training. Lower back was a mess and I had to do legs, wasn't going to work out lol and my legs are my most lagging body part so I always need to make sure I crush them
Haha. Wellllll. If I need to log _that_ kind of cardio. I have cardio sessions every other day or so for about an hour. And it is moderate to high intensity

Hey bader you could incorporate some of my MetCons into your workout. What it is, is an all out effort for 10 mins. Completely as hard as you can go for 10 mins doing this,
15 pullups or chinups
9 swings with a 50-60 Lb dbl
9 burpees
Repeat till you hit 10 mins.
You can do this EOD but not ED.
It can be a pretty amazing expereince bro. And beleive me its killa!
Remember you go as hard as you can possibly go.
