Thanks OWL. I still need to trim a good 15 pounds of fat off sadly. It's been tougher this year. For being 255 I'm pretty pleased at how my back has grown. My strength continues to increase. I really wish the bis would pop.

Please please critique me in any way. Workouts, exercise order, etc. I really look up to everyone here and I absorb and follow everything I'm told. I'll do faster cardio in the morning. I definitely has been not doing that as much as I should.
 
Finally found the paper i wrote my measurements on.. Jeez I have serious ADD I never remember where I put shit.. trying to do taxes is driving me nuts in the same way... lol.

Neck: 16 3/4
Shoulders: 26 1/2" inches across (how do people usually measure this? just width or full circumference?)
Arms/Flexed: 16", 16 3/4"
Chest (around nipples): 45 1/2"
Waist (around bellybutton): 39 3/4" (yikes, how do I still fit in my 36 jeans? sheesh.)
Hips (around widest part of glutes): 45" (another damn...)
Thighs: 29 5/8"
Calves: 16 1/2
Forearms: 12 3/4"

It kind of saddens me.. to see that I got back up to 20% BF after how AWESOME I looked last year. I only hope that I've put on quite the lot of muscle and can trim it down again. 10% BF will truly be my goal by the end of 2012.. I was so close last year.. I should of just kept going.. real life became a very large stress end of last year.. so crazy how things can quickly get out of hand if I'm not careful. A great lesson learned.

It makes me appreciate EliteFitness.com even more. Everyone here is awesome, the true love of everyone at times can be hard to take in.

Hmm.. some numbers are alarming.. But if anything is like last year.. things will be bigger and better. *crosses fingers*.
 
Hey bro its still early so dont get dissapointed or depressed. Your back does look WIDE and you have some real nice front delts goin on there too.
You will knock this one out of the park too bro I have full confidence in you.
You have no idea really how well you did last year bader. But dude you have to remember that you were a complete new guy and look at what you did.
Now you have that expereince and knowledge to help you go even further.
Your gonna do fine bader, A force to be reckoned with!
 
Agree with zed keep your head up bro and just focus on your goal and jut put one foot in front of the other and keep slaying the weights.
 
Bader forget last year bro. You did a great job but that crap is history. Keep looking forward and do the best with what you can now. This is all about making you the best YOU you can be.
 
I didn't mean to sound like a whiney little wiener there. Sorry guys. But appreciate the words of encouragement. I'm definitely glad I decided to put on more size. My chest is so big already from the thickness of my back, I'm sure. Good to know where I'm lagging too. I need to work my delts better.

It's hard to judge a new workout routine. I like this high volume, but I still need to give it time to see results, and if you know me. I'm very impatient! So in the back of my mind I want to go back to my dropsets and failures and whatnot. But I'll trust and stay the course. :)
 
Icing my lower back today. Those DLs did a number on me. My back is tensing up every so often. But I feel good. Nothing major just haven't done DLs for a while. But I love it :D
