So I wasn't planning on doing weights today. But the wife got done with worker than expected and we had an hour before the racquetball court so we did some biceps. I'll try and remember.

Warm up curls with 15lbs dbs. Like... 50 of em.

Wide grip barbell curls superset with forearm curls:
30 x 15 both
40 x 15 both
50 x 12 both

Incline db curls.
25 x 15
25 x 15
25 x 15
25 x 15
25 x 12

Serious burn and pump happening

Drag curls:
30 x 15
40 x 15
60 x 15
60 x 12

Hammer strength iso curls:
30 x 15
30 x 15
30 x 15
25 x 14

Burnout hammer curls:
20 x 50

One hour of racquetball.

Vascularity is much better now. Can tell I'm starting to lean out a little more each day. Didnt weigh myself today.

Really hope my arms start getting more defined. I never see the bicep heads come out.
 
Ugh. I keep hitting veins or something in my delts. I'll get almost a half cc in then all the sudden it starts burning/stinging. I aspirated and no blood before starting. Only a little blood came out after. But man that stung. Also took maybe two or three mins to fully inject (I push slow). About a minute after done I started coughing and throat started swelling up. It wasn't as bad as I've had before. Lasted maybe a minute...

My quad shots never have this problem.. And only recently started with my delts. Last cycle it never hurt like that.

Move around on your delts bro. Sometimes I get that too, but then again I hit each of em with 2 cc..and my delts are girly skinny.

When using Tren bro that is very common hence Tren cough and the pain is mormal for good Tren too.

My thread felt lonely... as nothing much has happened.

RE: Zed. Today's went way smoother. I still pinned through a vein.. I could tell cause a little blood seeped into the needle, however it must of passed through completely. Aspirated and no blood. There was not nearly as much burn and no cough.

I've had tren cough, and generally it's while I'm injecting. This was like I injected in a vein (would expain the burning of the juice going through the veins too down my arm). I've coughed baaaad without tren, worst cough I've ever had was without injecting tren.

It's weird.. this time I've hit a ton of veins in my delts, last cycle I hardly ever hit a vein or had this problem or burning. I wish I wasn't a puss and injected glutes, but I've never injected glutes. Maybe I'll train the misses to inject me, I know she'd be ok with it, we've talked about it. I just don't feel like I'd get the right angle or feel comfortable doing it solo.

Doing back today. I've been feeling kind of lethargic and lazy. Hopefully some preworkout will get me jacked up enough to have a good day.
 
I was the same way on injectiong glutes bro. To the point I rotated testp, tren a, and mast p in my delts alone for 10 weeks. Finally I just gave in and tried glutes and it works bro. Upper outer quadrant stick and go. Plus I can stick 2cc's at one time in the glute easy without worrying. Just a thought.

chin ups and wide grip pull ups with 120# assisted

Brutal last couple of sets. Hadnt done this workout for a while. Got a serious pump from this and the pullups.

One arm db rows:

Wide grip seated cable rows:

120 x 12
140 x 12
150 x 12 with straps
160 x 10 with straps

Small of the back super pumped. Had to stop. Was waddling from the pump. Drenched in sweat.

Did some drag curls but my back was so sore I called it after that. Luckily did bis earlier this week.

Hot tub on the back for ten mins. Sauna for 15.

Feel great and exhausted. The deads went up easy. Just had too much of a pump.
